Drill program confirms extension of mineralisation at Monument Gold Project

Verity Resources Limited (ASX: VRL) has received final assay results from its aircore (AC) and reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Fred’s Well Prospect, within the Monument Gold Project. The drilling has confirmed a 1.1km mineralised gold strike trend, extending known mineralisation northwest of the 3.2Mt @ 1.4g/t Au Korong Mineral Resource Estimate. Significant intercepts include 24m @ 3.24g/t Au, including 12m @ 6.35g/t Au, as well as multiple other gold-bearing zones. The company is planning a pit optimisation study in 2025, aiming to capitalise on rising gold prices and potential resource extensions.

The Monument Project in Western Australia is located in a well-established mining district which hosts excellent infrastructure and access including the sealed Leonora-to-Laverton road which runs directly through the Project, a gas pipeline and a sealed airstrip at Laverton.

100%-owned, MGP currently contains a 3.3Mt @ 1.4g/t Au for 154koz gold resource along banded iron formations (BIF) at both Korong and Waihi deposits.
