Greenvale Acquires an Impressive Fourth Project to it's Uranium Portfolio in NT

Market Update

Greenvale adds fourth highly prospective NT uranium project to its growing energy portfolio

Greenvale Energy Limited (ASX: GRV) has acquired an 80% interest in the Elkedra Uranium Project, located 300km northeast of Alice Springs in the Georgina Basin, NT. Covering 566 km², this project is highly prospective for sandstone-hosted and unconformity-style uranium mineralisation. A key feature is an 8km strike-length uranium anomaly situated near the fertile Elkedra granite. The Elkedra Project represents a strategic addition to Greenvale’s Australian uranium portfolio, complementing its existing Douglas, Tobermorey, and Henbury Projects. The acquisition strengthens Greenvale’s position as a key player in uranium exploration with cost-effective shallow drilling opportunities.

Mark Turner, CEO of Greenvale Energy, commented: "The Elkedra acquisition solidifies Greenvale’s commitment to building a portfolio of highly prospective uranium assets. Elkedra’s geological setting, coupled with its walk-up drill targets and significant anomaly strike length, makes it a key addition to our growing energy portfolio. We are eager to begin exploration activities and unlock its potential."
