Coda’s Latest Drilling Suggests Expansion Potential for Emmie Bluff Resource, SA

Market Update

Drilling at Emmie East & South-East confirms new mineralised host rock outside existing resource

Coda Minerals Limited (ASX: COD) has completed a four-hole diamond drilling program at the Emmie East and Emmie South-East prospects, part of the Elizabeth Creek Copper-Cobalt Project in South Australia. The drilling provides the first evidence of copper mineralisation within the Tapley Hill Formation outside the existing Emmie Bluff Mineral Resource, indicating potential extensions. Hole EB0038, drilled 1,600m south-east of Emmie Bluff, intersected narrow copper mineralisation, supporting the presence of an additional mineralised basin. A 1,000m by 300m south-eastern corridor has been identified as a priority for follow-up exploration.

Chris Stevens, CEO, commented: "While assays are awaited, geological logging and in-field measurements have highlighted a narrow interval of copper mineralisation in hole EB0038, located approximately 1,600m from the Emmie Bluff Resource to the south-east. This is the first drill-backed evidence of mineralised copper-bearing Tapley Hill Formation shale that we have encountered outside of Emmie Bluff itself. While the intercept itself is of sub-economic thickness, it does provide evidence that the copper mineralisation extends into a second basin south-east of Emmie Bluff. We know that the Tapley pinches out at the edges, so our hypothesis is that this hole was drilled on the edge of what is likely to be thicker mineralisation, comparable to that seen at Emmie Bluff"
