Our investment philosophy takes a long-term fundamental view (3-5+ years) on equities that are currently being overlooked by the market. Our research process emphasizes understanding key performance metrics for each company, trustworthy management teams, unit economics, and getting in at the right valuation.

Sell side research is shrinking and the quality is diminishing. We believe there is an unprecedented amount of quality small and mid-cap companies without research coverage due to a lack of liquidity and investment banking mandates. We aim to help shine a light on equities being overlooked in the market.
