Meet ASM in New York – Strengthening U.S. supply chains for critical minerals – 28, FebRoadshow with ASM
Australian Strategic Materials (ASX: ASM)
New York Roadshow 28th, February
Australian Strategic Materials (ASX: ASM) will be in New York on the 28th of February to update investors on its vertically integrated rare earths and critical metals business, including the 100%-owned Dubbo Project in New South Wales.
With strong backing, including a US$600 million (A$923 million) funding facility from the US EXIM Bank, ASM is advancing towards securing a key position in the critical minerals supply chain with the support of the US.
The Dubbo Project in New South Wales, a cornerstone of ASM's operations, is a globally significant resource of rare earths, zirconium, niobium, and hafnium. With all major approvals secured, the project is construction-ready, targeting final investment decision in 2026 and commencing production in 2028.
The United States has a strategic opportunity to de-risk itself from China's dominance in the critical minerals supply chain, particularly for rare earths essential to high-tech industries and military applications. ASM’s fully integrated "mine to metals" approach ensures a secure, transparent, and geopolitically stable supply of key materials like neodymium, praseodymium, and hafnium—crucial for advanced defense systems, aerospace technology, and renewable energy solutions. With strong US backing, including a US$600 million (A$923 million) funding facility from the US EXIM Bank, ASM is positioned to play a pivotal role in strengthening America’s industrial and defense resilience.
